Jogajog ("Jogajog", "we", "us", "our") operates a local business listing and discovery platform accessible via this website and app. These Terms govern your use of Jogajog as a customer, a listed business ("Vendor"), or a visitor. By using Jogajog, you agree to these Terms.
Every business, shop, professional, or service provider listed on Jogajog is an independent third party. Jogajog does not own, operate, employ, franchise, or supervise any Vendor, and is not a party to any agreement, sale, appointment, or transaction that takes place between a customer and a Vendor.
Specifically, Jogajog does not: sell or dispense medicine or other products; provide, dispatch, or operate ambulance, healthcare, transport, or any other listed service; guarantee the availability, response time, licensing, insurance, or quality of any Vendor; or process, hold, or facilitate any payment made by a customer to a Vendor for goods or services.
Any enquiry, call, WhatsApp message, or appointment request sent through Jogajog goes directly to the Vendor. What happens after that — pricing, scheduling, delivery, payment, refunds, or any dispute — is solely between the customer and the Vendor. Jogajog is not responsible for the acts, omissions, quality of service, or conduct of any Vendor.
The only payments Jogajog collects directly are from Vendors, for Jogajog's own listing and advertising services (the Free, Basic, Premium, and Elite plans). These payments are processed through Razorpay and cover things like additional photo storage, higher search placement, verification badges, and promotional features on the Jogajog platform — they are a fee for Jogajog's own service, not a payment for anything the Vendor sells or provides to its own customers.
Customers are never charged anything by Jogajog to search, browse, or contact a Vendor.
The Emergency Numbers feature (ambulance, police, fire, hospital, and similar helplines) is a convenience directory of contact numbers, sourced from public information and user submissions reviewed by our team. Jogajog does not operate any emergency service, cannot guarantee a number is current or that any call will be answered, and is not liable for the outcome of any call made using a number found here. In a genuine emergency, always use your local emergency dialling code as a first resort.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Jogajog may suspend or remove any account or listing that violates these Terms, misrepresents a business, or is used to harass or defraud others.
Jogajog is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jogajog is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from your interaction with a Vendor, a number in the Emergency Numbers directory, or any third party found through the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Jogajog after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
