To run Jogajog, we collect: your name and phone number (or Google account details, if you sign in with Google) when you register; your location, only when you choose to share it, to show nearby businesses; and, for Vendors, business details such as address, category, photos, and services offered.
When you send an enquiry or an appointment request to a Vendor, or leave a review, the details you type (your name, phone number, and message) are shared with that Vendor so they can respond to you.
When you contact a Vendor through Jogajog — an enquiry, an appointment request, or in-app chat — your contact details and message are shared directly with that Vendor so they can reach you back. Jogajog stores a copy of this exchange to run the platform (for example, so a Vendor can see their enquiry history), but Jogajog is not a party to the conversation or any transaction that follows it, and does not use it to process any payment on your behalf.
When a Vendor pays for a Jogajog listing plan (Basic, Premium, or Elite), that payment is processed by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. Jogajog does not store your card, UPI, or bank details — these are handled entirely by Razorpay under its own security standards. Jogajog only stores the payment status and subscription details needed to activate the plan.
We don't sell your personal information to third parties. We don't share your data with a Vendor unless you've directly contacted that Vendor (an enquiry, appointment request, chat, or review). We don't use your location for anything beyond showing you nearby listings when you enable it.
You can update your profile details, turn off location sharing, or delete your account at any time. Vendors can edit or remove their listing from their dashboard. Reach out through the Jogi AI assistant or your account settings for anything this page doesn't cover.
Jogajog uses Razorpay for payments, Google for optional sign-in, and standard map/notification providers to run location and alert features. Each operates under its own privacy policy for the data it directly processes.
