Jogajog is a local business listing and discovery platform. We help customers find nearby shops, service providers, and professionals — and help those businesses get discovered. We are not a marketplace, an appointment agent, or a payment processor for the services these businesses provide.
Every business you see on Jogajog — a shop, a clinic, a pharmacy, an electrician, a tutor — is an independent, third-party business. Jogajog does not own, operate, employ, or supervise any of them. We simply list their profile so customers can find them.
Jogajog does not sell products, provide services, fulfil orders, dispatch vehicles, arrange appointments on a business's behalf, or process any payment between a customer and a business. If you contact a business through Jogajog, or call a number in our Emergency Numbers directory, that transaction or call is entirely between you and that independent third party — Jogajog is not involved in it, does not receive any part of that payment, and does not guarantee the availability, quality, or response time of any listed business or contact.
The only payments Jogajog itself collects are from businesses, for our own listing and advertising services — the Free, Basic, Premium, and Elite plans shown on our vendor registration page. These plans pay for things like extra photos, priority placement in search results, verified badges, and promotional features on Jogajog's platform. They are never a payment for any product or service the business itself sells to its customers, and Jogajog keeps 100% of a listing-plan payment as its own service fee — none of it is passed on to any third-party business.
Customers never pay Jogajog anything to browse, search, or contact a business. Any money that changes hands between a customer and a business — for a haircut, a delivery, medicine, a repair — happens entirely outside Jogajog, directly between the two parties.
